Realme X7 Max 5G has been launched in India. It is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 1200 SoC and comes with a triple rear camera setup. The smartphone also has a 120Hz Super AMOLED display and 50W fast charging support. The Realme X7 Max 5G is essentially a rebadged Realme GT Neo that was launched in China in March 2021.

Realme X7 Max 5G price in India starts at Rs 26,999 for the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage option, and Rs 29,999 for the 12GB RAM + 256GB storage variant. The smartphone is offered in Asteroid Black, Mercury Silver, and Milky Way colour options. It will go on sale from 12PM (noon) on June 4 via Flipkart, Realme.com, and major offline stores.
This smartphone will be a part of the company’s ‘Real Upgrade Programme’ under which customers will be able to get the phone for a year at 70% of its price and get a chance to upgrade to a new smartphone next year.

The Realme X7 Max 5G runs on Android 11-based Realme UI 2.0. It features a 6.43-inch FHD+ (1,080 x 2,400 pixels) Super AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate, a 360Hz touch sampling rate, 20:9 aspect ratio, and 1,000 nits of peak brightness. The display also comes with 100% DCI-P3 colour gamut, and a 91.7% screen-to-body ratio.
Under the hood, the phone is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 1200 SoC, along with up to 12GB of RAM, and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage.
The phone carries a triple rear camera setup that houses a 64MP primary Sony IMX682 sensor with an f/1.8 aperture, along with an 8MP ultra-wide shooter and a 2MP macro shooter. For selfies and video calls, the X7 Max 5G has a 16MP camera sensor at the front with an f/2.5 aperture.
The Realme X7 Max 5G is backed by a 4,500mAh battery with 50W SuperDart fast charging support. Realme has provided a 65W charger in the box. Connectivity options include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, NFC, GPS / A-GPS, USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
Sensors onboard include an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, gyroscope, magnetometer, and a proximity sensor. It also has an in-display fingerprint scanner. The dimensions of the phone are 158.5 x 73.3 x 8.4mm and weighs 179 grams.
Realme has provided a stainless steel vapour cooling system on this phone that is claimed to have a 42% higher strength over a traditional copper vapour cooling system and it offers up to 50% more cooling power. The handset also comes with Dolby Atmos and Hi-Res audio support.
