Realme 8 Pro has been leaked in an unboxing video ahead of its launch, giving us a first look at the design of the phone, its retail box contents, and some software features. The India launch date of Realme 8 Pro is March 24 and its availability has been announced on Flipkart. Alongside the Realme 8 Pro smartphone, the Realme 8 is also going to debut on the same day.
YouTuber Tech Spurt posted an unboxing video of the Realme 8 Pro. He shows off its retail box, which has a yellow color. The contents of retail box include a 65W SuperDart charger, a USB Type-A to Type-C cable, a clear silicone case, a SIM ejector tool, documentation, and the handset itself.
The Realme 8 Pro smartphones will have a hole-punch cutout display, placed on the top left corner of the screen. The display is flat and there are slight thick bezels on the sides of the screen and on the chin.
At the back, the phone has the ‘Dare to Leap’ tagline. It also has a square camera module at the back with four camera sensors inside. One of them is a 108MP main sensor that uses 9-in-1 pixel binning technology to capture more detailed images. It will also have a 3.5mm headphone jack.
Coming to the software, Android 11-based Realme UI 2.0 can be seen on the this device which brings a host of personalisation features enabling users to change app icons, fonts, box colours, and a lot more. The users are expected to be able to customise the Always On display to a limited extent. The users can also set dark mode in three variations that are Gentle, Medium, and Enhanced.

It also has a bunch of gesture features for added convenience, including a three-finger swipe down for taking screenshots. The Realme 8 Pro is expected to come in Infinite Black and Infinite Blue colour variants. Realme will hold a virtual event at 7.30PM (IST) on 24th March to launch the Realme 8 series.
