OnePlus 9 Pro will support 50W wireless charging, according to a report from Pricebaba. Additionally, OnePlus will be introducing a new 50W wireless charger as well. This will be a significant upgrade over the OnePlus 8 Pro which has 30W wireless charging support.
Back in January, tipster Max Jambor had said the OnePlus 9 Pro will come with reverse wireless charging but with limited speeds. Separately, the OnePlus 9 is also expected to have 30W wireless charging support. Recently, OnePlus 9 and OnePlus 9 Pro bagged 3C certification, which revealed they will support 65W fast-charging.

A new teaser image shows that the OnePlus 9 Pro has received an A+ rating by DisplayMate. The smartphone will come with a 2K+ 120Hz LTPO display, which means the display consumes less power compared to LTPS panels that are used on some smartphones.

OnePlus 9 Pro is likely to feature a 6.7-inch Fluid AMOLED 2K+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate and punch-hole cut-out for the selfie camera. Under the hoid, it will have Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 5G SoC, paired with at least 8GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB of internal storage that may not be expandable.
In terms of cameras, the OnePlus 9 Pro is said to have a quad camera setup at the back, with a 48MP Sony IMX789 Hasselblad primary sensor, a 50MP IMX766 FFL fixed focus camera, an 8MP telephoto camera with 3.3x optical zoom, and a 2MP depth sensor. There will be a 16MP camera sensor on the front for selfies and video calls.
The phone is expected to run on Android 11 with OxygenOS on top. The phone will be backed by a 4,500mAh battery that will support 65W wired charging and 50W wireless charging. It will have an under-display fingerprint scanner for security.
Connectivity features could include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, NFC, Bluetooth, and USB Type-C port. The phone will be available in Astral Black, Morning Mist, and Pine Green colour options. OnePlus 9 series will launch in India on March 23 at 7.30PM (IST).
