Moto G30 and Moto G10 Power has been launched in India as the two new budget smartphones by Motorola. Moto G10 Power is projected as a new handset by the company, but it shares the same list of specifications that comes with the Moto G10 (except a bigger battery).
Both these Motorola smartphones has a waterdrop-style notch display and run on Android 11 with near stock Android experience. There is proprietary ThinkShield technology on these phones, that is said to bring 4-layer security.
Moto G30, Moto G10 Power price in India
Moto G30 price in India starts at Rs 10,999 for the sole 4GB RAM + 64GB storage model. The device offers Dark Pearl and Pastel Sky colour options. In contrast, the Moto G10 Power price in India starts at price Rs 9,999 for the lone 4GB RAM + 64GB storage variant. It comes in Aurora Grey and Breeze Blue colours.
In terms of availability, the Moto G30 will go on its first sale on Flipkart starting 12PM (noon) on 17th March, while the Moto G10 Power will be on 16th March.
The Moto G30 was launched in Europe at price of EUR 179.99 (around Rs 15,600), while the original Moto G10 launched at EUR 149.99 (Rs 13,000).
Moto G30 specifications
The Moto G30 runs on Android 11 and comes with a 6.5 inch HD+ (720 × 1,600) Max Vision TFT display with 20:9 aspect ratio and 90Hz refresh rate. The phone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 chipset, along with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage which is expandable upto 1TB via microSD card.
The Moto G30 features a quad rear cameras that includes a 64MP primary sensor with an f/1.7 aperture, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle snapper, 2MP macro shooter and a 2MP depth sensor. For selfies and video calls, the Moto G30 features a 13MP shooter at the front with an f/2.2 aperture.
Moto G30 packs a 5,000mAh battery, that is said to deliver up to 2 days of usage on a single charge. The battery cones with 20W fast charging support (charger provided in the box). Sensors include an accelerometer, ambient light, gyroscope and a proximity sensor. There is also a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner.
Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, USB Type-C port and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Lastly, the phone measures 165.2 × 75.7 × 9.1mm.

The Moto G10 Power runs on Android 11 and comes with a 6.5-inch HD+ (720 × 1,600 pixels) Max Vision display with 20:9 aspect ratio. Under the hood, the phone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 460 SoC, coupled with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of noboard storage which is expandable upto 1TB via microSD card.
This smartphone comes with quad rear camera setup that houses a 48MP primary sensor with an f/1.7 aperture. The camera setup also has an 8MP sensor with an ultra-wide-angle f/2.2 aperture, 2MP macro sensor and a 2MP depth sensor. The phone carries an 8MP shooter at the front with an f/2.2 aperture.
