Moto E30 Launched: Price and Specifications

Moto E30 has been launched as the latest budget smartphone from Motorola. The new device is quite similar to the Moto E40 that debuted in markets including India and Europe last month. The phone comes with a hole-punch display, triple rear camera setup, and a large 5,000mAh battery. It also runs on Android 11 Go Edition.

Moto E30 price starts at COP 529,900 (around Rs 10,200) for the sole 2GB RAM + 32GB storage variant. The phone is offered in Blue and Urban Grey colour options. It is available for purchase in some South American regions. Details about the global availability of Moto E30 are yet to be revealed.

On the specifications front, the dual-SIM (Nano) Moto E30 runs on Android 11 (Go edition). It features a 6.5-inch HD+ (720 x 1,600 pixels) Max Vision IPS display with 90Hz refresh rate, and a 20:9 aspect ratio.

Under the hood, the phone packs an octa-core Unisoc T700 SoC, paired with with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of inbuilt storage that is expandable upto 1TB through a dedicated slot, via microSD card.

As for optics, Moto E30 carries a triple rear camera setup that includes a 48MP primary sensor with an f/1.79 aperture, a 2MP depth sensor, and a 2MP macro shooter. For selfies and video calls, it has an 8MP front camera, with an f/2.0 aperture.

Moto E30 is backed by a 5,000mAh battery that supports 10W fast charging. The phone is claimed to deliver up to 40 hours of battery backup on a single charge. It also comes with IP52-certified build with  for water-and-dust-resistance.

It has a rear mounted fingerprint sensor.
Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 5, GPS / A-GPS, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a USB Type-C port.

Sensors on board include an accelerometer, ambient light, a proximity sensor, and a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner. Lastly, the dimensions of Moto E30 are 165.1 x 75.6 x 9.1mm and it weighs 198 grams.
